More cPlay 2.0b35 comments...positive

After a day playing around I find that my favorite listening programs are in this order:

1) cPlay 2.0b35 @ 44khz/small buffer
2) cPlay 2.0b34 @ 44khz/medium buffer
3) cplay 2.0b35 @ 44khz/medium buffer

I abandoned 192 once again as I find better dynamics/sound stage and bass and highs @ 44.

I was much too harsh in my initial comments after trying all of the above. After listening to some really good source material I had close to what I call a 'religious experience' with cPlay 2.0b35 @ 44khz/small buffer this morning (no disrepect to the religious). I felt transported to Avery Fisher Hall in 1963 listening to Leonard Bernstein conducting the NY orchestra in Copland's Danzan Cubano.

What cPlay 2.0b35 @ 44khz/small buffer also gives me is an almost grain free playback of even some of my border line hard material. I like it.

Once again thank you cics...you have done it yet again. And to all those who find that they might not like 35 try varying the program parameters. You may find new treasure.
