Sorry To Report Funky "INDEX 00" Handling...

Hi cics

Thank you for yet ANOTHER Sonic Upgrade... cPlay v2.0b15(poorboy-SSE2 version) reveals even more detail from the usual suspects - Bravo !

I must temper this enthusiasm though, with a Bug Report: "INDEX 00" handling in CUE sheets is problematic (under XP-SP3).

When I play a FLAC file via it's corresponding CUE file - and that cue file has "INDEX 00" entries - cPlay STOPS play at the "INDEX 00", and loads the next track from the "INDEX 01" point. Yes it's done in gapless fashion... but it skips the audio between the "00" and "01" points.

The same whole-album file played as a FLAC file (no CUE involved), runs without interruption, or loss of programme material - as indeed it should - being one long stream of music.

Maybe cPlay is treating the "INDEX 00" as if it were the EOC directive ? BTW, there are no EOC commands in the CUE files I'm using.

Thanks again for your commitment to Ultimate SQ !

ps: even on my less-than-perfect hardware platform, the benefit of disabling the Timer is clearly audible... thanks for the option !

Cheers,
Grant
