Whow ... nothing comes close anymore. What a player !

Thank you Cics !! You say very humble ‘slightly better’. But I agree with Gagnem “– BY FAR – the best version”

In my setup cPlay 2.0B20 SSE4 b9 now definitely stands of the crowd! Previous cPlay versions sounded very good in my setup. But I also could live very happily with the build-inn player in Steinberg’s Wavelab Lite and also with Beatport SYNC on more modern music. But with cPlay 2.0B20 SSE4 B9 things really start going. Whow what a player !!

Now there’s real “Depth, hall ambiance, imaging & dynamics “ like Theob already wrote. And also “There's a solid feel to all the music that also honours the nuances, the small sounds as well. Everything seems more together”. I couldn’t say better.

I don’t think the SSE4 version treble region sounds sharp or emphasized. The combined titanium/fabric dome tweeter in my K+H O300 speakers rapidly tend so sound sharp with poor sources and bad mixes. But with the SSE4 version they sound very natural and luminous

A very, very fine player. Nothing comes close anymore in my setup. Thank you cics for such a wonderful product.

ESI juli@ or LynxL22 dig i/o -> Lavry Black DA10 -> Mogami Gold -> Klein & Hummel O300
