RE: two small bugs

when selecting a new track directly, without selecting STOP first, there are remains of the last buffer signal audible. can that be suppressed ?

Noticed this too. It's internal to Allocator's buffer processing and cPlay cannot change that directly. Instead cPlay must send some silence then switch. (Not a priority for now).

the second detail may actually better be solved by thuneau, but when selecting a new album via the "folder" icon of cPlay, the window displays "desktop, documents" folders, and not the specific one that contains my music files. can that be set differently ?
-furthermore the selecting disturbs the crossover configuration of allocator, which are stored and recalled by the same kind of windows/file folder menu.

Try double-clicking your music file. It causes file browser to remember this last folder you looked at.

I´ve listened to this new jack-less setup and there is definitely less distortion (especially on complex material) and noticeable more "flow".....

Also test with cMP - you should get further improvement. I wouldn't change settings yet until you can get cMP going (initially don't suspend lsass & svshost). Optimise "Critical" is best. What latency are you using? On Lynx you should be able to do 32 samples.
