RE: One big difference

There's a lot of "fake" economics flying around here.

Charles, do you think working conditions in China would improve if we DIDN'T buy their stuff? Have you no sense of history re: working conditions in Europe and America at the dawn of OUR industrial revolution? Do you recall whose side the governments were on? Not to mention toxicity. Do you know what a superfund site is?

The garage-like facilities turning out DACs and streamers in small numbers, under their own rather than foreign direction, are likely to be a way up the ladder for technologically trained entrepreneurs.
