What? First of all, maybe you imply that. A lot of other people don't. Second, 'new' and 'like new' are distinctions that most people seem capable of understanding. You, of course have to be the exception. The word 'used' was employed in the ad, which is enough to deduce that the gear was not new even if you decide the wording means something other than what it actually means. The use of the term 'like new' is clearly in reference to the condition, not an implication that a warrantee will exist. There, do you get it now?

I guess not. HE DIDN'T CLAIM IT WAS NEW, just like you didn't claim those records were 'originals.' I'd hope you'd understand that, if nothing else, but I'm not holding my breath.
