If these amps were priced at a normal used price instead of close to what one might be able to find a new product at and the seller didn't look like a dealer it might be reasonable to think the "like new" would be less confusing to potential buyers. But even then some buyers still might be confused.

Why must you and other's continue to assert that I was/am confused by this advertising - I'm not. Why is it so hard for you and these others to realize that some people don't share your level of experience and could be confused by the advertising.

It's as if you believe anyone less experienced or knowledgeable than yourself is an idiot and deserves to take it in the ass. Others have said this explicitly in this thread and this is what your defense of this kind of misleading advertising amount to.
