typical arrogant employee that thinks everyone else is stupid. he thinks he is so right and you're too stupid to comply and do what he says. this kind of person NEVER has anything to do with the success of a company. he fools everyone around him that he is so smart and others are less so. some last years in companies, some are figured out early. large mature companies emply the most of these type because they can go unnoticed longer. in his own mind he is a hero becuase he can find out what someone else is doing wrong and exploit it for his own benifit. he is a loser and a leech. McIntosh should dismiss this employee immediately. it's not the nicest thing to do or say about someone, but this person would be better off as a border guard or some kind of compliance officer. he should not be speaking on behalf of a prestigious company. he has no understanding of the McIntosh customer - one that takes great pride in their ownership, is very independent in their thinking, and is fiercly loyal. shame on you McIntosh for allowing this to be part of your company.
