In my lst job, one of the gals in HR got married [to someone who did NOT work for the company], but then had an affair with one of the employer's executives. Obviously, things got nasty between the gal, her husband, and the executive. Eventually, the gal divorced the husband, had to leave her job, but married the exec.So maybe there's a third leg missing, i.e., a wife. And this theater being played out on AA is an extension of the hostility between ex- and current husbands.
