What a great example of the "s#!t sandwich" technique of communicating bad news. Start out with "Putting you first...", then the bad news about how you're really only "first" somtimes, then repeating how "You are first". That sounds more deceptive than what Ethann's told us about his ad.

Also, on it's own web page here, they state:

"McIntosh products that are purchased over the Internet, by phone or mail order are presumed to be "used" and do not qualify for any McIntosh Warranty."

If this is so, why would Wayne take a postition that's the opposite of what his client takes?
