RE: "MQA is presented as an improvement in sound quality"

John, I've looked at your web traffic the last six months and subscription data. I don't see how what you have published about MQA has had any impact on Stereophile. Now look at the Computer Audiophile web traffic where information opposing MQA was published early in the year. We didn't get his high point to a million views a month but we came close. It looks to me like Stereophile is a voice in the wilderness.

As for the listening evaluations you have done I don't see any indication these evaluations were volume matched. We discussed this in October 2016 in the comments of Listening #166 and at RMAF 2016. When I talked with Bob Stuart at the Los Angeles Audio Show he told me when I can expect to purchase downloads in the United States. I'm going to wait until then and volume-match my evaluations.
