Michael I have a couple of thoughts on your posts today. You reminded me today about your Totaldac in Herb Reichert's review of the Mytek Brooklyn. You liked enough to buy it and gave it an excellent review. But it doesn't decode MQA so you need a software solution to decode MQA files. There is a problem with that. According to the Board of Directors of MQA Ltd. software decoders will cannibalize the revenue of hardware decoders.

So the more people you influence to use a DAC with technology similar to your Totaldac the more you hurt MQA Ltd because you are adding to the pressure on MQA Ltd. to distribute a full software decoder.

Then you added pressure on MQA Ltd because there is no content as you stated earlier.

I think you have had a pretty good day hurting MQA. Reminding everyone there is no content and adding your weight as editor of AudioStream for a software decoder when there is.
