At least one other big problem with this

There is *no way* to know if the files came from the same master. In fact it has been proven that the two versions of Donald Fagen's "The Nightfly" not only came from different masters, but that the MQA version was cut a full 2dB louder than the "CD" version.

Another reason that people don't trust Bob Stuart nor MQA. He has a long history of what at best can be called "misleading statements".
