Chutzpa with a z; and I BOUGHT new McIntosh

equipment on eBay. New, in the box. So, (God I hate to side with the lawyer here) it is reasonable for him to want the ad to make clear the unit is out of warranty. He should have just asked the seller to add a paragraph saying "Out of warranty" Or did he? I forgot by now.


By the way, I sold some Mc gear, and got the same letter. I sent an email telling him to pound sand.
