There are many many explanations of sigma delta modulation in papers and books. Why don't you go read some of those instead of expecting somebody to dumb it down for you on a message board?
If you don't understand the inner workings of DSD because you have been too lazy to read about it (or because you don't have the necessary background), that is not a flaw in DSD.
