Yes, I've tried it against other styles. And yes, it removed the error component that the amp draw caused. It did not remove error which was from other sources that coupled to the ground loop that was still there as a result of the source and IC. That is a different issue.

The cord you linked to, from the wording is seems to be tri as in three, but three twisted sets..they say multi twisted, multi stranded..that appears to be more like cat5e than a true triaxial geometry.

But I don't use 6 9's, nor do I sell it for 100 buckaroonies.

Their description of double shielded leads me to believe that they think all EMI will be stopped by two layers of ineffective braid, instead of just 1.

The skin depth of the copper is waaaay to deep for EMI within the audio band to effectively stop radiation or reception.

So, I suspect their product is inferior to a true triaxial cable.

Anybody know the exact internal construction? I also note they do not mention guage equivalent.
