...wire insulation and LRC filtering are insignificant for audio and lower radio frequencies. Do the math yourself if you don’t believe me.

Of course there are edge exceptions (poorly designed cables, passive preamps, 100-ft. cable runs, ground loops, etc.). But for most of us, unless we’re listening to MHz frequencies, the wire distortions you mention are way below any know human hearing threshold.

The real misinformation is actually propagated by sly cable vendors to unsuspecting audiophiles.
