Interestingly enough I do not hear the "missing" highs. additionally these drivers in this configuration do not exhibit audible beaming.

The lack of beaming may also be because of placement and listening distance. If/when I put the speakers into test mode again, I will test for beaming.

In my testing I do SEE a roll off above 14khz. I suspect the reasons it does not seem "audible" is that I have old ears and the clarity of the highs that are produced is rather good.
