Very interesting. Is the new BG making it?

One thing I've wished for is a two-way version of the Neo 8. You'd have a supertweeter segment in the center, much like in the Maggie 1.7's, and use a .5-way crossover (whole panel driven in the mids and just the supertweeter segment for the highs).

That would mitigate the Neo 8's high frequency dispersion issues without losing bass extension as you do in the Neo 8 PDR, and let you use them full or almost full range.
