You basically gave the reason why engineers have to be objective. We take what Michael says is not right and objectively make the necessary change. F1 cars go faster and audio sounds better because of feedback, yes, but more importantly sound engineering, not subjective opinions. Somebody actually has to quit talking and do.

I'd bet that Michael is never overheard saying, "Those tires subjectively hold the road better." He just says that they do and it is never ever considered a subjective opinion.
