You don't understand what a tu quoque argument is.

Gee, now Robert Young is trying to tell me the topic is DBTs, but you now dictate that it's only about nulls. GMAB

Here's a little logic for you: you don't know in advance what the results of a DBT (or SBT) is going to be! The way you have it, you come up with an evaluation of a DBT based on whether it reaches a null or positive result. I could think of several names to call that sort of reasoning, but I will restrain myself.
