Are you saying that there is no reliably perceptible difference between wires?
or
Are you saying that, while there may be perceptible differences, the differences between an inexpensive piece of wire and a $2,000 piece are not perceptible?
Although both statements would be consistent with your original comment, I think you would agree that they are two very different statements. The first statement asserts that all pieces of wire are the same, so it is foolish to spend money on an expensive piece; the second statement suggests that, while there are differences between wires, spending $2,000 does not bring an improvement over spending some unstated lesser sum.
Once you have clarified your comments, then we can see whether you have treated those who disagree with you fairly or unfairly.
