i hear people bark out pronouncements of generalization like that before and that reduces my formerly high opinion that i had held of them. this is like when i hear those that blanketly state that they don't like Wilson Audio speakers because they don't image. BULLPUCKEY.yes, i have heard the big ones set up by such masters as Brooks Berdan (the room was overtreated) and they weren't right for years, but then he put in a larger room in his expanded store and BAM, exquisite spaciousness and imaging emerged.
there are SO many approaches to design and implementation that lead results and perceptions scattered over the countryside. a tempered and measured touch to evaluations is required in this wonderful and bountiful hobby.
