Hi Dave,Don't know if you've had the chance to play with a Graham arm. In my experience, Bob Graham's cartridge alignment jig is a joy to use and it's a stroke of pure genius. It's near impossible set up a cartridge incorrectly using a Graham; and it takes usually less than five mins to do so. It doesn't make any difference whether it's a cartridge with a round body, barely visible cantilever or a nude body; there no issue with the Graham. Now that doesn't mean that the azimuth was off though I seem to remember HP saying they were now using the Fosgage. And of course it's possible that SRA was off but I find that hard to believe. But that doesn't mean that the couldn't have had a defective cartridge. That's not unbeknownst.
Bob owns the patent on this jig and unfortunately won't license it to any other tonearm manufacturer.
