Re: 83 eliminator

A significant portion of the reason why was he tended to be a purist. Chris and I exchanged a number of emails over time, and I can tell you that he felt that since it was built with an 83 it should always have an 83. There were other concerns brought up in our exchanges, but not all of them were "function" concerns, a number were "form".

So again - if anybody even bothers to read what I write anymore - what is going to happen when there are no more 83s? Or when they get to $75.00 or $100.00 each? Are all the testers going to be trashed?? Of course not - most people will plug in SS subs and the testers will live on.

Does anybody here have a better solution or answer than that?? Because that situation IS coming...
