Vinyl may be better than SACD in some of audiophile mind, but not in the main street people's mind (99.999% of population).
Fact is that CD won over tape and vinyl (all music store today no longer sell tapes and vinyls).
SACD will win over CD! I bet after 10 years, all the CDs sale in the store will be labeled with Hybrid SACD. Of course the SACD overperforms main street people's demand (non-audiophile's ears just cannot hear sound beyond 20 Khz, who needs SACD outputs up to 100KHz with s/n of 120 dB? Well, let market judge)
