RE: Totally Right, no wrong

No I am a Digital Build CAD Analyst, but I work with Engineers every single day. Have been doing so for the past 23 years. During that time, I have yet to meet an Engineer or Designer [such as myself] that is the last word on any subject, including the subject of their trade.

Neither IS2 nor USB was intended for audio cabling, but both obviously have been adapted for such use.

Either way, IMO asynch is nothing more than a gimmick based on a good idea. Asynch alone just like the perfect clock alone will not make a bad system sound good. And there are plenty systems without either that sound great.
