Hear me out... You could go with a pair of EV-155s and simply remove the EV12s. We have a number of people in house building speakers with this driver. You will need a good 5.5 3/ft box though. These drivers are supposed to be superb. I would have bought them for my setup but was given a pair of 18". The EV-155s will give you super natural bass to 40 hz.
