Seeking advice on subwoofers for horn speakers

I am seeking some advice and ideas that will help me figure out the best approach (given physical limitations) for DIY subwoofers for my horn setup. My setup consists of 80Hz straight exponential midbass horns (EV12L driver), a 275Hz tractrix midrange horn (JBL LE5-2), and a Fostex ring tweeter (FT66). I am currently using a pair of sealed box powered subs using Adire Shivas in a very solid 3.5 cu ft enclosure, using a RT300 plate amp for each. As one might expect, I am less than satisfied with the speed compared with the horns. So I am considering various alternatives.

1. Basshorn subs - Size is a problem, my room is pretty crowded already, and I don't want to deal with electronic delay circuits for alignment with the rest of the horn stack. That being said, the Edgar horn sub looks interesting, though I could only use a mono sub.

2. Karlson subs - All the discussion that Fred Ireson is kicking up has me wondering how a big Karlson (w/ suitable 15"/18") would fair as a subwoofer.

3. Transmission line subs - Supposed to be faster and lower coloration that sealed or vented, however how are its dynamics and punch? Will it mate well with horns? I am kicking around the idea of using a high efficiency 15" in a 30Hz line.

4. Array sub - use multiple drivers in sealed or vented box alignment.

Anyway, the sub is for music, not HT, and I listen primarily to classical music and jazz. Thanks for your suggestions!
