I think that a short TL with a 15" woofer starting out at about four times the area of the woofer and tapering down to a terminating size of the area of the woofer and made four foot long would do pretty good. Stuff it tight with dacron. It will never be as efficient as a horn. Cross it over as low as you can, 40 to 80 hz. Any higher and it starts to get boomy. Build two and put them in each corner (very important) and aim them right into the corner. A short TL is a completely different animal that the old 12 foot long TL. It is a lot more efficient and faster and goes low in frequency (20 Hz is no sweat). I use JBL LE14A's and they have no problem keeping up with my 98 db JBL151m's. You could build two TL's per cabinet, one on the top and one on the bottom and you could probably get to 101 bd or so with the right drivers. That would be two drivers per cabinet and two cabinets.Kenny
