Comp Driver w/ different horns and their effect

Is there a link or site that shows the effect of putting different horns on a particular horn driver? Is the frequency response affected just slightly, or is the main change just in the horizontal and vertical pattern determined by the shape of the horn?

I have a couple 2" throat drivers picked out, but was wondering if I could use a 120 degree type of horn instead of the normal 90x40 horn that the manufacturer uses for it?
