Hello Hemholtz,As I understand it, the patent application is based on the idea of running multiple subs off of a single plate amp. In my case, there's one plate mp (in its own little plate amp box) that drives all four subs.
The same thing can easily be accomplished by using four conventional subwoofers. My way may be more convenient under some circumstances, but it's certainly not the only way the scattered multisource concept could be embodied.
