Yup,
Got the damper, 4" Maple, and Mapleshade low heavy feet spikes...now here's the killer... since I just got the 1210 (with rewire and clamp/strobe disabler) replacing my old 1200 , I decided NOT to put them in yet to isolate their effects, I like to go stage by stage. SOooo...I am comparing the 1210 to the Scount now ONLY with the clamp and stobe disabled but haven't even put in the damper, platform and spikes yet!
You know everyone seems to fall into camps of belief and then plaster each other with rhetoric. I don't care about any of that.. I love dealing with Kevin at KAB and I have found Harry and Mike at VPI to be outstanding as well. We owe these guys EVERYTHING because they are keeping the flame alive and have done so for a good long time. I'll always have my 12xx series TT and my Scout...if I can figure out what the problem is.
