Will there be an analogue vs digital debate in 10 years? I'm not trying to say that one is better than the other, although I have my opinion. The digital market is clearly leaning toward portability and convenience rather than audio quality. I suspect that vinyl will stay in limited production for the foreseeable future and remain an option for audiophiles. I can't say the same for CD. Mp3 is nice. I love my iPod and use it all the time (I travel frequently), but it certainly aint audiophile even with a nice pair of Grado headphones. Digital audiophile attempts other than the CD have not shown strong market support - yet. Will there be a digital audiophile replacement or will vinyl's legs win the day?Nate
