I do believe that fuses make a difference. I was just wanting to make sure a move to the Purple over my stock fuse didn't make anything sound overly detailed, artificial, shrill, etc.
Sounds like going to Purple would be a thing to try. BTW I do have a SR Orange in my int amp that was in there when I bought, so I had no reference as to what difference it made over a stock fuse.
