I've been reluctant to offer my thoughts as so many people attack the idea that a fuse has any affect. I have tried Orange and Purple SR fuses in my main gear and found in each case a significant improvement.
When tested in some well regarded vintage gear the improvement was not as pronounced.
I'm not a reviewer and don't have the words to clearly describe what I have heard. My best effort:
Orange are in my VAC amp..... The sound became liquid, extended and organic.
Purple in Modwright Oppo 105 power supply..... Minor change, quieter/blacker a bit more clear in a good way.
Purple Aurender N10.... more organic musical/PRAT a bit quieter.
Orange Very high end one off vacuum tube headphone amp..... Somewhat more musical quiet extended.
Purple in a rebuilt McIntosh MX110Z... Slight improvement just sounded better.
Orange in McShane Duce..... Slight improvement again it sounds better overall can't say exactly what.
