It would depend upon your speakers, but in general I would feel more comfortable with the all-tube integrated for providing a balanced sound. If you plan on going to nicer separates then the Wave 20's would be a nice option. If you want to buy a system and be done with it, get the integrated. You can actually use the integrated as a power amp if you want to experiment with the Rotel. Actually what I would do would be to sell the rotel and use the added funds to buy a larger tube integrated.
