ASL Wave8 or other cheap entry options into tubes

I am under a very strict budget, and i am looking to try tubes for a pair (of probably titus, stella, or comete speakers new or old series, still determining which)...and I was hoping to try a pair of tube amps, really cheap. I have seen taht radii has some stuff and then i found out about the ASL Wave8 and Wave20

Any one know if ASL still makes the Wave 8?

A bit of background, i have some B&W towers, some rotel equipment, however, I just moved from NYC to Pitt for grad school (CMU), i couldnt really bring my towers, so i have to get new speakers, and since they willl wind up in a bedroom in 1.5 years, i decided to go with bookshelves, and i really like the triangles...my room is fairly small, maybe 18x12, and i will be sitting at maybe 7 feet, so i dont need a booming amp (another reason why i can get tubes)...

i am looking to do this as cheap as possible....im open to ideas and opinions...
