I.e. the ratio one to a reference level.That curve, not the equal loudness curves is what you need to do correction.
I've been looking for a set of good relative curves and appropriate DSP system to use in my PC playback system. Haven't remotely seen anything appropriate though I would have considered this to be obvious and standard technology by now.
Edit: MATLAB code to give the contours at a set of frequencies is linked, from that one can get corrections.
Maybe this post should be moved somewhere else, general or computer audio?
