It is not due to the Kevlar cone, congestion and harshness is due the same old boring reaason that is inadequate amplification. I have just finished listening to the 800D with different types and amplification recently night and day difference, one with one piece of amplification it sounded congested, with another piece of clear and sweet as one could wish a very good speaker to be.
