As an IT service specialist I am very much in tune with the average pc novice and beginner. They have difficulty when the homepage is changed. When an application is not listed in the "Add or Remove Programs" list in the Control Panel a novice or beginner cannot usually figure out how to delete or remove an application. I am looking at Fidelizer from a business "Point of View", so as to give input back to the application's ease of use.
I am an honest technician, and no two technician's have the same skill sets. I am sure there are many more highly skilled specialist working in the field than I. The application needs to be easy to use, that includes removal.
