Tell you the truth I'd expect them not only do it, but do it on warranty if not out of customer respect. Speakers of that price should be built to last a lifetime - I have a pair of 1985 Klipsch Forte that can shake my house like they just came out of their box.
It is known that the problem stems from past switch to a non-freon-based glue that wasn't suitable for the job. To me that is a design flaw that they should correct like car manufacturers do when they recall models. Seeing people here go to the trouble of repair indicates they won't, but I'll try to hint that to them anyways, in more "polite" terms of course lol
That being said I may be tempted to go for a superior model if they propose an exchange value for the MG12 :-)
