Does Magnepan repair delaminating maggies?

Hello all,

Escapee from tube DIY asylum here, I have owned maggies MG12 for now almost 20 years of audio bliss but suddenly one started making loud popping noises that seem to follow the music's bass line.

A research here suggested delamination of the mylar film from the ribbon conductors. There is also a good deal of information on how to re-glue the mylar but the repair seems quite involved and I'm not sure I have the required skill level. So.....

Does anyone know if Magnepan can/will repair them, and if it's expensive? I'll look if I can find my invoice/warranty, do they guarantee this kind of defects for life? Okay I'm dreaming now :-) I'll drop a line to Magnepan anyways, but I value inmates advice.

Thanks for any information you can provide!
Joris.
