Jazz Alley From Louis Armstrong to Charlie Parker to the new greats of today, this is the place for Jazz! |
|
I've had and discarded all of the Verve issued cds and have settled on Steve Hoffman's DCC cd. The background is silent; Getz and the bass are heavily left speaker with Charlie Byrd heavily right.
The bass is high enough in the mix to boom from time to time at moderate listening levels and the guitar is buried in the mix unless I sit near the right speaker.
I've checked on line for other versions and have come up short. Anything else work for you?
Thanks.
