Again jj, there is a whole lot more involved in designing a valid study of this phenomenon than just worrying about controlling for possible subject bias. To attribute to the DBT feature of any experiment or study as being the sole, or even primary, determining factor of validity is nonsense and displays a real naivete on your part respecting science and scientific methodology.The magnitude of the stimulus levels being tested (e.g., small, large, whatever) or the stimulus modality being investigated are simply NOT the factoirs that determine whether or not blind procedures are necessary or desirable.
Your request for evidence can best be met with the suggestion that you go and read a book or two on methodology. Most reasonably intellegent people will find all the answers there.
