  Hi Bob - I have the Volex 17604 cables. It's the same as the Belden cable used in the Bob Crump DIY recipe. As such, it's basically the first step up in upgrading power cables. There's actually a thread floating on the Internet of how an audiophile preferred the Volex to the Michael Wolff Source cable.

  It'll be better than a stock cable, for sure, but maybe the Volex isn't the best for your system. Either way it's cheap to try.
