Sorry Steve,I've seen the scope with Gary's 26 pre on the bench.
It is -1dB at 250kHz.
Distortion is negligible. I dunno what the measurement is, but audibly less than any other curcuit that I've heard.
Gain is exactly mu.
Plate load is a pentode/mosfet constant current source.
You might try building one. It's a great combo.....
