Even NASA, as great as they may be, screws up from time to time, e.g., Challenger disaster (among many others). Sometimes experiments, like Shuttle launches, cannot be "universally replicated" for unseen or unexpected reasons - which is actually one of the conclusions of the PEAR group.~ Cheers
