I changed the power cord and suddenly Barry Manilow sounded like Frank Sinatra

And if the audio component design engineers can't get the external easy-to-see power cords right, just think about how bad they've screwed up the internal electrical circuits hidden inside those metal cases.

They'd use transparent plastic cases for audio components if they wanted us customers to see their work. This is an old electrical engineer conspiracy that none of them will ever talk about.

You are obviously upset that you have wasted so much of your life on unimportant components, such as speakers, when you could have earned millions marketing Belden-manufactured wires with a clever brand name such as "Intelligent Brilliant Wires", and would now be posting from your WiFi-equipped laptop while riding on your polo pony at your villa in the south of France.
