No Mike, your memory is faulty. The horns had 2" throats and came with wooden "pie-plate" adaptors Bruce made that reduced from 2" to 1.5". I discarded those adaptors and mounted the JBL 1' to 2" adaptors to the 2" throats of the horns.I mean c'mon Mike, gimme a little fuckin' credit. I know better than to neck down from a 2" driver opening to a 1.5" horn, I ain't new to this horn thing, been doing it over 30 years, these isn't a rash enthusiasm. I read the EV "PA Bible" article on the bad effects of such necking down many years ago.
